A Countywide Housing Initiative
Up to $25,000 is available for rehabilitation of existing owner-occupied properties. Grant funds are available for Hurricane Helene, Tropical Storm Debby, or non-hurricane related repairs.
Limited funding. First come, first serve basis.

- Income at or below 80% of county area median income
- At least 30 days current ownership
- Owner-occupied homes only
- One application per year per homeowner
