“You have to embrace change,” she says. “Just roll with it and don’t try to stop it.” The change in her Beach Institute neighborhood included empty homes and blight, as well as recent gentrification. CHSA helped facilitate needed repairs for her home recently. “I am just so grateful,” she says.
