Laylah Collier is an Administrative Assistant with the Community Housing Services Agency (CHSA), where she supports daily operations and helps maintain an organized, welcoming environment for both staff and community members.

Prior to joining CHSA, Laylah served as an Administrative Clerk with the City of Savannah’s Human Services Department, where she gained experience in customer service, program support, and office coordination.
