Earline Davis recently retired as the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Savannah, the first African-American to hold that position. Ms. Davis has over 30 years of human services and housing leadership in Florida, Kansas and Georgia. A community leader, she has served on the boards of United Way of the Coastal Empire as well as Curtis V. Cooper Primary Health Care. She serves on the Executive Committee and Economic Workforce Alignment Committee for the Coastal Workforce Development Board. She also is a member of the Coastal Georgia Indicators Committee, as well as the Eastside Purpose Built Community Steering Committee. Ms. Davis holds a masters degree in social work from Florida State University, and a bachelors degree from Savannah State University. She is a member of the CHSA, Inc. board.
