Stuart R. Halpern, J.D., is a partner at Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg & Shawe, LLP. His expertise includes residential and commercial real estate, development and leasing, business transactions and administration, estate planning and probate, municipal law and civil litigation.
Mr. Halpern has provided representation for issues regarding eminent domain as well as landlord and tenant disputes. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Warrington College of Business and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, and the South Carolina Bar Association. He also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Savannah Jewish Federation.
